Please note that PayPal is strictly for international customers only. For local customers in the Philippines, kindly use the manual payment method that can be found under more payment options during checkout.
Local customers must send their payment receipt to oohlaloveee@gmail.com. Use [Your Order No. - Receipt] as the email subject for reference.
Shipping & Deliveries
Eternal Journey Mail Club:
- All mail club orders are shipped through PHLPost (Ordinary Mail) to keep the mail affordable for everyone. Please note that this may take a bit longer to arrive, but it's all part of the full experience of traditional mail.
Please note that i am no longer responsible for any damages, losses, or missing mails that may occur after the shipment has been handed over to PHLPost.
- Batch shipping starts every 12th and 28th of the month. I appreciate your understanding and patience as i prepare everything to make sure that i can give everyone the time and care they deserve and each letter and art piece reaches you beautifully and safely.
Other Products:
- Local (PH) - LBC Express and PHLPost for domestic deliveries within the Philippines
- International - PHLPost for international shipments (either Ordinary or Tracked mail)
How long does domestic shipping take?
- LBC: 3 to 7 business days
- PHLPost: 2 to 3 weeks
How long does international shipping take?
International shipments via PHLPost typically arrive in 3 to 7 weeks.
